Benjamin Godfre popped up on this site about four years (and four thousand entries) ago, modeling for Timoteo underwear and looking all sexy as hell.
Enter 2012, and Ben is not just "the Timoteo guy" anymore... he has a rabid online following of "Benjaminions" feverishly watching his blog, tumblr, Twitter, and Facebook pages. He's got more of a skateboarder "fuck you, world" edge these days, too... stretching or redefining labels, he's expanding his empire with a subscription site (an inner sanctum of exclusive and personal content) and even teaming up with an adult film company for a couple scenes.
Almost like he's saying "Yeah, I got approached by a porn company... and I'm gonna do it. Fuck you, world!"
And it works for him.
The attitude, the skateboarding, the free-flowing nudity, the bad-boy next door image, and the brief peeks of a softer side... it makes perfect sense in my understanding of Ben. Watch interviews with him (I love the bathtub interview he did with Accidental Bear) and I think you'll get it too.
So Ben... keep kicking ass and taking names. You're Hunk du Jour approved, and we salute you.

The cast of Aladdin (including recent Hunk du Jour Interviewee Adam Jacobs) and actor-blogger Andrew Keenan-Bolger hit Cal Anderson park in an unusually sunny Seattle for some Fourth of July fun.
...I hope they appreciated how unusual a sunny Fourth in Seattle is! Usually we have sun the day before and after, but rain on the Fourth of July.

Please welcome Giulio Pellcoolj to Hunk du Jour! He is part of the musical group Vintage Youth -- who will be playing Seattle Pride this year.
Hunk du Jour: What gigs does Vintage Youth have lined up for Pride Season?
Giulio Pellcoolj: We have two appearances coming up for Seattle PrideFest. We'll be part of the Hard Times takeover of the PrideFest DJ Stage and then immediately afterward we head over to the Main stage. I'm very excited to be part of the Hard Times/Qulture Qreative crew and to play alongside DJ L.A. Kendall. We recently played a fashion show fundraiser in support of 3 Dollar Bill Cinema for the Run and Walk with Pride.
Rockstar chef Nadia G. and her cohorts may tear it up in the kitchen on Cooking Channel's Bitchin' Kitchen (Wednesdays at 10:30pm ET), but we watch for Hans. This perennially-shirtless, beefed up, and oiled down sidekick knows his food.
Hans (real name: Bart Rochon) took a break between sets to dish with the Hunk du Jour team about working with Nadia, how he keeps in such fantastic shape, and what he loves so much about chocolate. Check out our Q&A below!

Troy, Hunkologist: Obviously, working with Nadia, you know a lot about how important food is to being a hunk. What's a typical menu for you on any given day?
Hans: Food is extremely important when trying to maintain a stellar physique. I like to vary my food as much as possible to avoid boredom... this helps me avoid 5 day binges which inevitably find me waking up on my couch with a tub of fried chicken, mounds of burger wrappers and soft ice cream melted all over my face.
Although the foods change in my daily diet, the basic rules stay the same: I try to eat every 3 to 4 hours, usually about 6 times a day. I consume 20 to 30 grams of protein in every meal, and I am careful to limit my sugars and starches.

Glee went shirtless and sexy last night, and planted the objectification meter firmly into the "male" end of the spectrum after all of the outcry over the recent GQ pictoral. Will this be providing more fuel for the fire?
Of course the episode had barely finished rolling credits before superherofan.net had posted a complete set of caps celebrating some Rocky Horror Hunkiness!
My favorite part of this episode has to be Matthew Morrison's performance in "Touch-a Touch-a Touch-a Touch Me" as prim and proper Emma Pillsbury rips his shirt of and tells him that she wants to be dirty with him.
...I think it's safe to say once we picked our jaws up off the floor we were humming right along with her.
Of course Glee boys Chord Overstreet and Cory Monteith got in on the action too. And I think the "Brad" glasses is a good look for Finn... adds a nice adorkable touch to him.
My apologies to our international readership, but this clip was too good not to share - even though it will only play for visitors from the United States.
Olivia Newton-John joined the cast of GLEE this week for a new version of her iconic song Physical with Jane Lynch (who plays evil cheer squad coach Sue Sylvester in the show.)
UPDATE: Heroic reader Mike was nice enough to share the YouTube link of the video with us, for all of our international guests! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thlogramihg -- thanks, Mike!
The song itself is also available for purchase on iTunes.
Robert Wagner only had two things going for him. He was talented and he was gorgeous. With those two handicaps, what else could he do but become a star? The term "Dreamboat" best describes Wagner in his early days in Hollywood. He was the fresh- faced kid who resembled your best friend's big brother you always had a crush on. He was also lucky. Early on he was noticed and eventually mentored by gay actor Clifton Webb. Webb made sure that he was seen by the most important people in the business and helped him secure parts in several widely seen and popular films at 20th Century Fox, among them: With A Song In My Heart (1952) with Susan Hayward, where his shell shocked soldier made him an instant sensation and two with Webb, Stars and Stripes Forever (1952) and Titanic (1953), the latter also starring Barbara Stanwyck, with whom he allegedly had an on-going "May/December" affair prior to his marriage to fledgling starlet Nathalie Wood.
This morning photographer Pablo-Chester sent over this photo set of acrobat & underwear model Stephane Haffner. Pablo's stuff is really hit-and-miss with me, but there is something raw in this collection that caught my eye. Enjoy the full set of over twenty photos after the jump!

We're so privileged to get in touch with some stellar photographers whose work we really admire. Photographer Bradford Rogne sent over these photos from his LASC campaign, featuring Jakub Stefano. He was also nice enough to answer a few of our questions in this exclusive Q&A!
How did you get connected with Jakub for the shoot?
Jakub and I actually connected thru MySpace, and decided we wanted to eventually work on a project together. He emailed me in January to let me know he'd be back in LA soon, so when this opportunity came up, I thought he'd be perfect! And he was!
What did it take for you to capture the mid-air shots of Jakub?
Well, I went out and got a trampoline for the shoot. But, little did I know how high Jakub can jump on his own. No trampoline required! Even with a basketball injury, he was able to stay in the air thru-ought the shoot, no problem. So, if anyone wants to buy a trampoline... :-)
What is your favorite photo from the campaign?
I have so many favorite images from the shoot. One of them is the jumping photo with the green tank top, yellow shorts and purple high tops. [ Ed - see the shot below! ] It's just a fun shot, and really captures the essence of what I wanted to get from the shoot.
What is the next project we can expect to see from you?
I'll have behind the scenes video and bonus photos for you this week, from my shoot with Instinct Magazines April 2009 cover shoot. I'll also have an undiscovered face for you to enjoy. A blue eyed Columbian beauty. Check back soon!

While the headline event this past Sunday was (of course) the Superbowl, Seattle fans of the other football tuned in to the post-bowl Sounders FC SuperSearch to watch ten talented soccer players compete for the final roster position in the Seattle Sounders FC.
The Sounders FC is the 15th Major League Soccer team, and has already sold more season tickets than any other MLS team in the league's history. (They even have a marching band... the only MLS team that does.)
But back to the SuperSearch!
The big winner at the end of the evening was Vinicius 'Vini' Oliveira, who had a strong fan presence at the televised finals. He joins Swedish dreamboat (and Calvin Klein model) Freddie Ljungberg on the Sounders FC roster.
As my friends and I watched the SuperSearch finals, we were reminded how incredibly hot the players are... with Vini being no exception to that rule. (Okay, okay... and that football is an incredibly fast-paced and fun game.) We're looking into season tickets now, so maybe we'll see you alongside the pitch!
If you are a fan of our site, then you know how much we love our aussieBums. Well we now have something from Australia that we love just as much! We spotted Matt Clifton on the FOX show Hole In The Wall and had to learn more about him.

How long have you been in the U.S. and what brought you here?
I have been in L.A. since May 2007 and have yet to return home for a visit. I made the jump to the U.S. to further my career within the entertainment industry. Acting and modeling is not work for me, its fun, exciting and grants the opportunity to meet some amazing and influential people. It's a passion and one must make extreme sacrifices to follow their dream.
Paul James plays gay frat pledge Calvin on ABC Family's GREEK. Here he's talking out his boy problems (he's dating Michael, played by the adorable Max Greenfield) with frat brother Evan as all cute frat boys should -- shirtless on the basketball court.
As always, superherofan.net brings you these amazing caps in case you didn't catch the episode.

Pretty on the Outside joins the blog community in support of the No on Prop 8 campaign with this touching (and totally fake) portrait of Hugh Jackman and Robert Buckley.
Hunk du Jour isn't exactly a political voice in the blogosphere, but the stripping away of rights for gay Californians (including some of my personal friends) is something that should not be tolerated. Recent polls show that if the election were held today, Proposition 8 would pass by a 6-point margin and eliminate the right to marry for same-sex couples in California.
There has been a huge fundraising push by folks looking to kill the progress that has been made in California towards equality, and the conservative voices are now outspending the voices of equality.
I urge you to give what you can to the No On Prop 8 campaign. Please donate today. We're also donating ad space on Hunk du Jour to the campaign from now through election day.
