aussieBum's latest product line has hit the storefront! Their Bamboo line is available today in "glacier, pearl and ash" but they promise more colorful options soon. Bamboo is seen as a more eco-friendly material due to its very rapid growth rate of the plant and general lack of need for pesticides.

Whatever the environmental impact, the new line looks hot -- much sexier than the bamboo flooring we installed!

Stunning model Skye Boyland appears on this month's cover of DNA Magazine. The Australian natural bodybuilder owns up about his workout secrets (two to three hours a day, broken into three sessions!), showing his bum in a photoshoot, and how he feels about gay men ogling him.

Our friends across the Pacific Ocean at DNA Magazine shared this juicy shot with us tonight of a buffed up Ian Roberts shot by photographer Eric Schwabel. Eric also shot a nude photo of Ian now sold as a charity poster to benefit GLASS Youth & Family Services.

You may have seen Ian on the cover of The Advocate over the summer. A former Australian Rugby League player in the 90's, he came out publicly in 1995 -- the first Australian sportsman to do so.

Okay, so we've all seen the Naked for a Cause calendar (and some of the finest buttocks we'll lay eyes on all year) but the $64,000 question is... Can you name the charity that it benefits? What cause it supports?

If the answer is no, that's totally OK... it's easy to get distracted with work like this, right?

The 2008 Naked for a Cause calendar benefits the McGrath Foundation. The organization was created by Jane McGrath (and husband, cricketer Glenn McGrath.) Their aim is to increase awareness of breast cancer, as well as work to provide more breast cancer nurses nationally in Australia.

When Jane was going through her second battle with breast cancer, she had access to one of these specialized nurses and learned what a great source of knowledge and support they can be for breast cancer patients. Since then, the foundation has made it one of their primary goals to increase the number of these nurses available.

I just received my copy and have to say -- Pedro's work is amazing and the sheer number of portraits in the book (it really is almost more of a poster book than a calendar) is great. This isn't your grandmother's 12-month calendar of kittens!

aussieBum continues their quest of spreading their fantastic underwear and swimwear all over the world via their AUSBUM TV project. The series (posted regularly at AUSBUM.TV, as well as via podcast) generally shows some of the behind-the-scenes adventures and hijinks of their shoots in the Australian wilderness.

The scenery is as beautiful as the men they feature -- and makes me want to schedule a trip. Do you think they'd let me tag along for a shoot or two??

Summer is winding down in the northern hemisphere, but the Aussies have their eye on the summer heat already. Dance tune singer-songwriter Michal Nicolas (pictured, foreground) has launched a new line of underwear with a sexy, gritty campaign.

"Busy achievers with their eye on the ball, want easy, fashion options they can rely on to look good all day, everyday - no matter what life throws at them. My vision with teamm8 was to make designer undies accessible and versatile, so you can look great all the time, whether you're playing sports, at work, or on a date".

Also of note is that Michal is also launching a model search to find talent to appear in the brand's next advertising campaign. "I'm looking for regular, confident guys who not only look good, but also have a story to tell: guys who have ambition and a game plan in life and can act as inspiration to other young blokes by sharing their strategy and dreams for success", commented Michal. "Image and looking good is not just about the clothes you wear, it's also about the winner within."

The delicious Daniel MacPherson is an Australian actor who started out as a triathlete. He started appearing as Joel Samuels in the soap opera Neighbours in 1998. After a few appearances on stage and television, he's most recently been seen on the show Tripping Over in the UK and Australia.
