It's no secret that we're kind of nuts for Skins, which we've been catching on BBC America. With Series 1 now released on DVD, we're looking forward to spending a lot more quality time with Maxxie (Mitch Hewer.)

We squeezed into the front row of an absolutely packed Seattle theater this weekend to see Slumdog Millionaire. We originally saw Dev Patel in the BBC series Skins, and didn't really peg him as "acting" in the series -- but after the performance in Slumdog Millionaire we see that he truly is a talented guy.

Go out and see this film -- but be sure to buy your tickets ahead, and show up early so you don't have to sit in the front row like we did. Here's a look at a video mashup of the end credits sequence -- Warning! Spolier Alert!

When thinking of my top guys of 2008, I didn't have a hard time picking number one. I have fallen in love with the cast of skins. While I am sad that season 3 will be a completely new cast, I'm sure we will see more from season's 1 & 2 batch of actors. While Mitch Hewer defines hot for me, you can't help but fall in love with each and every one of them.

We're totally mad for Skins, the UK import whose series two premiere aired this past weekend on BBC America. While the entire cast is amazing, we (of course) are partial to Mitch Hewer, who plays gay guy Maxxie. If you haven't seen this fantastic import, check it out!
