Location: Los Angeles
This up-and-coming actor and model was recently one of our Friday Price is Right guys -- we recently talked to him about life outside of the Big Wheel.
Troy, Hunkologist: Are you originally from LA?
John Bonavia: I'm originally from Washington DC; I have lived in L.A. for 2 years. L.A. has been amazing. I never thought I could be away from my family for so long, but I have managed to surround myself with a really great group of people, and have also fell in love with the vibe!
Troy, Hunkologist: We first introduced you recently when you were on The Price is Right. How'd that come about?
John Bonavia: I have watched the show ever since I was a kid! When a group of people from work told me to come, I jumped on the opportunity!
Troy, Hunkologist: And you won a computer and a trip to Montreal!
John Bonavia: Yes! I was thrilled because Montreal is on of my favorite cities!
Troy, Hunkologist: Back to work - you're doing acting and modeling work?
John Bonavia: Yes, I've been auditioning for commercials lately.
Troy, Hunkologist: Anything in particular you'd like to "pitch" someday?
John Bonavia: I have always wanted to be in a Gap commercial! I think they always are involved in such great charities, and I'd love to be part of that company.
Troy, Hunkologist: What does John do in his free time?
John Bonavia: I love Netflix! I have caught up on so many movies this year! Someone gave me a teddy bear as a joke, cause I'm always alone watching movies.
Troy, Hunkologist: Aww! Anything you really liked the last few months?
John Bonavia: I love City of Angels and the movie Closer! I have such a broad taste in movies; I just love a great plot with amazing actors.
Troy, Hunkologist: You stay pretty active as well - what do you do outside of the house (and away from Netflix)?
John Bonavia: I love working out! I also love concerts - and I'm just getting into motivational speakers. I'm investing a lot of time on books on disc -- perfect for LA traffic!
Troy, Hunkologist: You had said you're single - what can a gal do to get John to go "Hey...."?
John Bonavia: I'm a true believer in fate, so when sparks are there you will know it! Usually, a girl who is easy going and has a sense of humor will make me say "hey" - laughing at my jokes (whether they are funny) or not is also a plus.
Troy, Hunkologist: Boxers / briefs / either / neither?
John Bonavia: Boxers, when I have them. Sometimes I get lazy on the laundry!
Troy, Hunkologist: I'm not sure I wanna know what you do on days you don't.
John Bonavia: Free ballin'! I'm actually on my last pair today - I have some major decisions to make this weekend.
