Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: Thanks for talking with us, Luke! So, how did you get involved with Trainers Tip?

Luke Guldan: I wanted to film a quick, interesting and practical series to inform people of ways to achieve a great physique and healthy lifestyle. With many great professional athletes from NASCAR drivers, golfers, boxers, skateboarders, cyclists, to bodybuilders have a different effective way of working out. And all of these athletes are in optimum condition within their field, utilizing unique ways to get them to the top. So I asked a group of friends to assist getting these tips to the public.

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: Can you describe a few of the training sessions we can expect to see on the show?

Luke Guldan: In the first season of Trainers Tip I have a wide variety of exercises ranging from plyometrics for explosive power, deep core and muscle training with Pilates, to basic workout movements with proper technique like the bench press. Also, I traveled to a few healthy and not so healthy restaurants to get nutritional tips because diet is a crucial part of any workout program.

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: Were there any training sessions you were particularly looking forward to? Dreading?

Luke Guldan: I was really excited about all the episodes- to tell you the truth. I had a great time traveling to all the locations with my amazing crew (without them I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this, thanks guys!) and learned so much from all the great athletes and trainers we were able to work with.

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: You're in amazing shape already, but did you find any of the training sessions surprisingly difficult/challenging?

Luke Guldan: Oh yeah, haha the Pilates were difficult at first, because my muscles are more used to free weight resistance training and it was a different full body movement. Also, the grappling and plyometrics at the MMA dojo were really intense. I haven't been keeping up with this style of high intensity training needed to be conditioned for a fight. All of this just reinforces the importance of constantly changing your workouts and taking your training to the next level.

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: Who was the most motivating person you trained with? Why?

Luke Guldan: Oh wow that's a difficult question, hmmmmph I'm going to plead the fifth on this one, no comment. Everyone on the show is extremely motivating otherwise I wouldn't have asked them to be apart of the series. Anyone that works out and trains hard on a consistent basis and has a unique training style that is helping them achieve results motivates me. And these are the people I would like to be a part of the show .

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: Have you incorporated anything you've learned so far into your normal workout routine?

Luke Guldan: It's always important to try different exercises while listening to your body. I'll try out a new technique or movement, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: How has being involved in the show affected your life?

Luke Guldan: I have five new friends haha ! And also a lot more work! Preproduction was hectic and postproduction is even crazier. I learned so much about every step that goes into putting together a production like this, writing a pitch, legal protection, scheduling and contacting featured guests, getting permission from the facilities, funding and the perils of editing. It was a blast though and I look forward to doing it again.

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: What's next after this? What other projects do you have in the works?

Luke Guldan: You know today, Trainers Tip, tomorrow the World! We have a few prominent athlethes who want to be on the show, so it looks like I might actually film a second season of Trainers Tip, go figure haha. I've been working a lot lately on acting and fortunately have a few projects coming up soon, but I can't disclose any information on that yet, but when I know more I always post on my website, lukeguldan.com. Also, I am seeking sponsorship and pursuing modeling and acting day by day, while trying to stay positive.

Chris M, Lead Hunkologist: Thanks so much for talking with us, Luke! We look forward to the rest of the series!
