Chris M, Hunk du Jour: What do you like to do in your free time?
Mason O'Sullivan: I love being active, so I'm always going to the gym, swimming, playing volleyball, or doing some kind of physical activity. I'm also a 1st degree blackbelt in tae-kwon-do. I love movies (I'm an actor, so I appreciate the cinema), and just hanging out with my friends in general - doing something spontaneous.
Chris M, Hunk du Jour: What do you love about modeling?
Mason O'Sullivan: I love how modeling is live art, it gives you a chance to work outside of the box and become something else for a short time, a lot like acting, which is why I love it -- it fuses the two. Plus I just feel great when I'm at a shoot!
Chris M, Hunk du Jour: What might someone not know about you at first glance? What might your friends not know about you?
Mason O'Sullivan: I can seem a little shy at first if you meet me, but after a short while you'll realize I'm quite the opposite and I get along with just about everyone. My friends pretty much know it all, there are no secrets with my closest friends.
Chris M, Hunk du Jour: How did you get started in your industry? How long has it been now?
Mason O'Sullivan: I got started when I went to a model search 2 years ago in Norfolk, VA. It wasn't until this past year, after i made a profile on ModelMayhem, that things started happening. I'm in talks, but am still unsigned with an agency at the time being.
Chris M, Hunk du Jour: What accomplishment are you most proud of? What did the experience mean to you?
Mason O'Sullivan: I'm most proud of the fact that I've done everything on my own with modeling, in terms of networking myself and setting things up. I've had to act as my own promoter and financial supporter so I'm proud of how far I've come.
Chris M, Hunk du Jour: Is there something that you're secretly hoping we ask you about? Come on... just whisper it in our ear... :o)
Mason O'Sullivan: Ask me about my dream -- it's to become a successful actor in the film industry (and not the adult kind, we're talking blockbuster hits here!)
Chris M, Hunk du Jour: We especially love following the work of photographers. Do you have any favorites, that you've worked with or otherwise?
Mason O'Sullivan: My favorites include: Rick Day, McKenzie James, Paul Reitz, Sean Chang, and Jahn Hall (i've worked with all of them so far except Jahn, who I will work with soon.)
