I WROTE EARLIER IN ANOTHER POST YESTERDAY ABOUT THIS NEW LOOK BUT IN CASE THOSE COMMENTS ARE NOT SEEN, IT BEARS REPEATING....I AM F..ING THRILLED.
Thanks Chris for mentioning the name of Nathan Grimes as I want to give him, and all of you at hunk du jour a STANDING OVATION. I don't meant to sound like I am kissing ass, though kissing ass is one of the things I likes to do with MY Mario, I just want you all to know I think I speak for many in that this is just fantastic. And I ask other readers to please join me in congratulating them.
You get a 99. You could have had a 100 but I noticed my Mario's name does not have the biggest font, and honey child, a man of his porpportions needs a HUGE font if you know what I mean child.

I just wonder why the color scheme is blue. I think it should be red or orange; hot colors... this is a place full of HOT guys and firey emotions, come on ;]

[Editor Note: Two reasons, actually -- #1, we're kind of smitten with the signature "Hunk du Jour Blue" that's been around for so long. #2, we tried Red / Orange in an early version of the design -- but the server kept overheating. By balancing the hot hunks with the cool tones we're getting optimal server utilization. Thanks for your thoughts!]

The NEW look is fantastic!
A sharp professional look.
I DO like the dual shades of blue. And the black/gray wallpaper at the top and bottom of the page is very smart looking.

I know I posted comments elsewhere about the new layout but since everyone is here, I'll repeat just two things.
Standing ovation, not that kind Lee, but a standing ovation for all.
And change the damn font of Mario's name. LOL. I been teasing Chris about that.
I have to grab tissue right now as Lee wrote and did not mention me. I am feeling forgotten. Lee must have found someone else. I am just sick honey child. Just sick. Hurt. Pain. Oh the martyrdom. LOL.
I love the blue. I understand Emily's point but honey child I think that would have hurt my eyes. This is soft and I think the soft cool tones allow the subjects to pop out more.
