Despite being tagged with a "To Be Continued..." button at the end of their last episode, the casino-based drama Las Vegas has not been picked up for an additional season. This has left storylines in all sorts of disarray, seeing as how the show delivered a season with three fewer episodes due to the writer's strike.

Fans of the series (and fans of Josh Duhamel, of course) aren't taking this lying down. On various fan sites campaigns are underway to give the series at least one more episode. One campaign centers around Delinda's unborn baby, encouraging viewers to send the network baby booties.

I just hope that Josh hits the ground running and finds another project to get involved with.

The program Las Vegas is nothing more than dramatic colour and lighting created by obsessive art directors at the expense of a plot.

The CSI series suffers the same fate.

Rather than a plot and believeable character development, one gets substandard writing, dialogue and characters.

But it looks beautiful in HD!

If you want to see a different approach to a program, watch DaVinci's Inquest. DaVinci has a "filmed on the run" appearance and there is a grittines and down-to-earth realism. Now you know why I don't watch CSI. Las Vegas is more of the same obsessive art direction that CSI has.

Call me devastated. I can't believe this is how my day has to start.
I love Josh and he is only reason I have sat through those horrible plotlines and How To Win A Date With Tad Hamilton, 1328 times. Don't tell me I need a life I know it. (grabs tissue and goes to prayer)
Thomas in mourning. Peace to all. Oh, I am mad.
