Enlarge PhotoDavid Duchovny is back on the scene in the Showtime series, Californication. Though I've only seen previews of it (we're pulling our pennies together for the AIDS walk, so no premium channels!) what I've read, heard, and seen tells me that it's a racy little project.
So what do you think? Are you able to see David as more than Fox Mulder? Are you one of the folks hoping for the rumored new X-Files movie? He says that for this role he's starting to lift a little weights... how'd he do? Now I'm off to my online rental store to see when it'll be on DVD!
And for old time's sake...

I never thought of David as sexy when he was on "The X Files".
But there is something different about him now.
He really comes accross as sexy in this show, even for a straight guy.

I can see him as someone other than Fox Mulder since I saw him first on the t.v series "Twin Peaks"
and might be good again to see another "X-Files" film if its true? cause I saw "X-Files fight the Future" while the series was still on the air.

I've watched "Californication", and he looks pretty good. He's certainly shown his ass enough. Sometimes I have a hard time believing that his character is this mega-hot dude that all of these women keep throwing themselves at, but then I remind myself that it takes place in LA - so y'know, totally believable.
