2) Prize packages: Five (5) winners will receive one (1) copy of the audio compact disc "Life in Cartoon Motion" by Mika (estimated retail value per winner: $10 USD).

4) One entry per email address per person will be allowed. A total of 1 entries per email address will be counted as proper submissions and any additional entries per email address will be considered void.

5) Only one prize package will be allowed per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used by the person. In the event one person uses multiple winning email addresses to enter the contest, one email address will be considered void and only one prize package will be shipped.

6) Any duplicate entries will be deleted, and Hunk du Jour reserves the right to void any entries that appear to be fraudulent or an attempt to stuff the box of entries.

7) Entry materials become the property of Hunk du Jour. Hunk du Jour will not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or illegible entries or unsuccessful attempts to notify the winners.

8) Past or present bloggers of Hunk du Jour and their immediate family members are not allowed to enter.

9) Contest ends March 30, 2007 at 05:59:59 PM, local time in Seattle, WA, USA. 5 winning email addresses will be randomly selected according to a random-number based process and at a location determined by Hunk du Jour by April 1, 2007 and an email will be sent no later than April 3, 2007 to each selected email address from Hunk du Jour notifying of the selection as a potential winner. Entrants should make sure any spam filters are set to allow emails using the domain "hunkdujour.com" and "gmail.com" to pass through to the entrant's inbox. Hunk du Jour will not be responsible for failure of an entrant to respond because the notification email was filtered as spam on the entrant's end. It is the responsibility of the entrant to properly set spam filters and/or check spam folders for the notification email through the month of March, 2007 (in the event of weekly giveaways) and through April 15, 2007.

10) Returned emails or emails that fail to respond to the message from Hunk du Jour within 7 days of being sent by Hunk du Jour will be voided and a new email address selected in its place.

11) The owner of the email address will not officially be considered a winner until a complete email response is received from that email address by Hunk du Jour with a shipping address within the qualified regions.

12) Shipping information and will be shared with Amazon.com for the sole purpose of shipping prize packages to the winners.

13) Time of shipment will be at the sole discretion of Hunk du Jour and Amazon.com. Hunk du Jour will cover the cost of shipment of the items to the winners. Returns or exchanges will be allowed at the sole discretion of Amazon.com.

14) Hunk du Jour will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipment.

15) All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

16) Income and other taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the Winner.

17) Hunk du Jour is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in connection with participation in the contest.

19) By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to be bound by these contest rules, and agree that the decisions of Hunk du Jour are final.

20) Each participant agrees to release and hold Hunk du Jour, their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives and its subsidiaries, parent companies or other affiliated companies harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims and/or liabilities arising out of his/her participation in the contest or resulting from accepting or claiming of any prize awarded hereunder.
