Happy New Year!!!!
While looking at a new underwear site called Play Underwear, I found the hot underwear model Bryan Hawn. I then found him on MySpace and he agreed to answer 5 of our RHQ's.
As an underwear model, what is your personal favorite brand of underwear? : My favorite brand of underwear is RIPS, they are sexy masculine, comfortable, and well made.
What is your favorite place that you have been to in all of your travels? : My favorite place I've traveled to would have to be South Africa. I had the opportunity to visit an ostrich farm and ride a crazy ostrich that wouldn't stop running, and it took them forever to catch it. Of course I was holding onto it's wings for dear life. :) It definately made the trip.
What is your favorite part of your body? : Definately my ass. I used to run National Junior Olympic Track and Field... I 'm sure that's when it first started really developing. Some good genetics combined with a lot of hard work, and there it is today. :) [Ed: We have to agree he has a pretty nice one that you can see after the jump]
What part of your body do you dislike? : I don't dislike any part of my body. I'm doing the best I can with what God has given me, and always working harder o break new plateaus. There is always room for improvement. :)
What is your one food weakness? : Sour Patch Kids. I love them so much! It's making my mouth water right now. The problem is I won't eat just one bag. 6 bags later, I'm like, "I think I've had too much sugar today. :(
UPDATE: Forgot to link to his MySpace profile.
Sean Faris... what a way to kick off my new year, eh? Look for him this year in the movie Forever Strong since Reunion didn't take off as it deserved to.
It's not weird that I first discovered him while watching the teen girl flick Sleepover, right? ...is it weirder his first gig was with Barbizon Cleveland?
Naveen Andrews is the British actor appearing as Sayid in LOST, but that also became well known after appearing in The English Patient. He lives with Barbara Hershey in Los Angeles.
I recently saw Jonny Lang in concert and yum...he is one magnetic person to see perform live. He's completely irresistible and smoldering. Even if I have to ignore the fact that I'm practically old enough to be his mother.
Brandon Routh appears in the short film Denial with his off-screen fiance Courtney Ford. It's available for purchase on iTunes for a couple bucks.
Hi, David! New Years is the time when everyone seems to set new fitness goals for themselves. How do you set your personal goals? Do you track them somehow?
I tend not to set goals like other people do. I get an idea or thought in my head, and it just stays on my mind until I do it. If I have a goal to gain ten pounds of muscle and make my squats 50 lbs stronger, I just stay focused and determined -- never quitting until I achieve that goal.
Like I have said before, you have to have a strong reason to achieve that goal. Right now I don't have any reason to gain 10lbs... but let’s say I got offered and very important modeling gig that needed me to be 10lbs heavier. I can promise you that I will workout hard (and eat lots of beef) until I've gained those ten pounds.
That’s what works for me. For you, writing you goals or having visual inspiration to look at may work. The main thing is you have to find a very strong motivation factor.
Example: Why do you want to exercise? To look good. Why? Because I want to look better. Why? Because if I look better I’ll get more dates, have more confidence which will help me succeed on the job, etc.
“Looking better” is not a good enough factor but the reasons for why you want to look better are, so think of those. Find many reasons that will consume you and keep your "passion" to exercise going strong.
Good luck!

Dearest Adam,
Sorry to hear about your show getting the axe, Hollywood's rough. If you need a place to hide out and lick your wounds... call me!
Love,
Chris.
Ever have the fantasy of being with a hot guy on the beach and just getting sand everywhere? Well Daniel apparently does not mind the sand. I found several "beach"
shots and I wouldn't mind getting stranded on an island with this hottie....breathless.
Congratulations to Yul Kwon, the hottie winner of Survivor: Cook Islands.
[Ed: This post seems to have gotten delayed on the information superhighway... should have gone SOUTH at I-5 at the Space Needle...]
Naters is a online friend of ours that we hope to meet in person one day. He grew up in Minnesota and currently is involved with a cheerleading squad called Cheer Dorothy Cheer! They perform at parties and various events helping raise money and awareness for local HIV/AIDS organizations.
Not only do we find Naters adorable, but we can honestly say that he is an all around sweet guy! (Go Naters!) He can be found on MySpace and was suckered into answering 5 of our RHQ's.
Random Hunk Questions
What city do you want to visit that you haven't been
to?
Would love to visit Sydney, Austrailia.
How many times a day do you think about sex?
Hmmm...AT LEAST 10!
If you were a sitcom character which whould you be?
Probably Will from Will and Grace. He always seems to have trouble meeting guys, and when he does, they usually end upbeing MAJOR weirdos
Who is the sexiest man on the radio?
Justin Timberlake's lookin damn good these days. Didn't think he was all that cute when he was younger, but he's turned into a very handsome man! [Editor: I think we're all in agreement there!]
What was the happiest moment of your life so
far?
When I stepped off the airplane in Oslo, Norway. Even though I'd never been there before then, there was just something about that place that made me feel like thats where I should be. To this day theres no place I'd rather visit!

The sexy Eric Bana has been seen in Black Hawk Down, Hulk, Troy, and Munich.
Look for the native aussie appearing soon in the films Lucky You and The Other Boleyn Girl.
Stuart Manning, better known to our English readers as Russ Owen on the series Hollyoaks. In these photos he's playing around on the beach with his shirt off... nice!
Perhaps you know him from his stage career (Threepenny Opera, Cabaret), or films (including X-Men), or racy cologne campaign (see image after the jump.) We're happy to congratulate Alan Cumming on his marriage to partner Grant Shaffer.

Daniel Booko's last film credit is listed as The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, but you may have seen him more recently on an episode of The O.C. (may it rest in peace.) Be sure to check him out in a speedo after the jump... thank-you, on screen swim meets!
Southern boy Matt Pender was a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers before he injured himself. He is currently a free agent, but has been doing some modeling as well as getting back to school. (I don't know about you, but I prefer the modeling.) This guy is really a man's man. Why do all hot models have to be straight!
When people think of losing weight, they think about changing their eating habits and not always about increasing their physical activity. Why is just focusing on eating habits a bad idea, and how can people easily start including more physical activity in their lives?
There have been many studies where they took three groups of people: A diet only group, diet and exercise group, and an exercise only group. The exercise groups always came out ahead in the long run (about one year). The diet group sometimes is ahead in the first few months but they gain it back after that.
The fact is, if you just plan on losing fat without exercise you're wasting your time. You would be better off focusing on exercise and not worry about your diet because 9 out of 10 times once you start exercising regularly your diet will naturally improve.
There are many reasons for this, but the best way to explain it is our bodies our meant to be active and to survive. When you exercise your body is forced to maintain or increase your muscle and still burn fat for energy. If you just cut calories your body burn fats for energy, and burns muscle to survive. This occurs because muscle burns more calories so the less you have the longer you can go without food. And that's why you must be active!
Here's a fun quote from the hilarious Mel Brooks I found, concerning activity and life:
"If you're alive you got to flap your arms and legs, you got to jump around a lot, you got to make a lot of noise, because life is the very opposite of death. And therefore, as I see it, if you're quiet, you're not living. You've got to be noisy, or at least your thoughts should be noisy and colorful, and lively."
-Mel Brooks
Thanks for writing -- please keep the great questions coming!

MIKA (pronounced "MEE-ka") was recently voted #1 in the BBC News site's Sound of 2007 poll, and is quickly looking like a force to reckoned with in 2007. His debut album, Life in a Cartoon Motion, hits the states on March 27th.
He lept into internet popularity when his MySpace page generated 250,000 plays for his fantastic first single, Grace Kelly in less than four months. As of today Grace Kelly has been played 343,000 times. [ Ed: The track is also becoming a big hit at our house. ]
It just so happens that the stars aligned and we were able to get in touch with MIKA for a brief interview, where we were able to ask our Random Hunk Questions! He graciously played along with some fantastic responses.
You seem to be a fan of the Proclaimers, so if you really did walk 5000 miles where would you want your journey to end?
In a warm fully occupied bed.
It appears that you have literally been all over the globe - where have you not been that you are looking forward to visit?
South America, Mayan ruins Mexico City really seems like a head fuck in the best possible way, I'm keen to get to see it myself.
Do you have any plans to tour the states? (And screw Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco... What could we do to get you to Seattle!?)
Not very much as that's one of the places I really want to visit.
You can have a dinner date and see a movie with any of the following. Who would you pick as your date? Madonna, Cher, Liza, Barbara or Paul Rubens.
I heard Barbara is very scary, Madonna far to savvy and I would be to busy extracting music biz info to actually enjoy my souffle. It would be Liza because I really want to take her home give her lots of water, healthy attention and keep her away from her scary mutant looking ex husband. [ Ed: You'd be doing a public service! ]
Is MIKA really your name? Does MIKA mean anything?
It's actually my real name. All of my siblings have exotic names, my sister Paloma (a dove) my brother Fortuna for which means lucky in French for example. I got saddled with a name that means plastic bag in Morocco, curse of the middle child!
We personally hate cheesy duets, but if you were ever going to do one who would you want to "do it" with?
Dolly Parton, not in a Kenny Rogers [way] - more in a White Stripes/ Jack White fashion.
For more information on MIKA, you can also visit his website. He has one song currently available on itunes "Love Today" and you can listen to an interview podcast to hear his sexy voice!
Robin van Persie is a Dutch Footballer who currently plays for Arsenal.
Today's MySpace Monday featured profile is from recording artist Christopher Dallman. Check out his tunes on his MySpace profile. My favorite song is Mistake (Available on iTunes!)
And, of course, our Random Hunk QuestionsTM strike again!
If you couldn't be a musician what would you want to do for a living?
If I couldn't be a musician, I would probably be a teacher. I think the feeling of getting through to a group of students and opening them up to the wonders of the world has a lot in common with singing on a stage. You have to work hard to win them over and make them believe that you have something to say.
Who do you like listening to right now?
Right now, I'm listening to a British soul singer named Amy Winehouse. Her albums haven't been release in the states, but you can hear some songs on her MySpace page. She's got a killer voice and a lyrical candor that is super unique. Also listening to a bunch of Justin Timberlake. I'm seeing him live next week!
What is your favorite place that you have played so far?
My 3 favorite places I've played:
1) Everywhere in NYC-- Unmatchable energy and the city makes you bring your 'A' game.
2) The Reno Hilton-- The largest stage in the country and the next night Dolly Parton was playing... Can't beat that ;-)
3) Cobh in the County Cork, Ireland. It was a room that held hundreds of people, but was architecturally designed to be acoustically flawless... I sang sans electricity with a sunset view of the last port from which the Titanic sailed before it sank. Spooky cool.
What is your biggest goal for 2007?
Biggest goal in '07 is to finish my second album and keep my head on straight while I do it!
Is your family supportive of your decision to be in the music business?
My family is 100% supportive. My folks know all the words to my songs and my baby niece rocks OUT when I sing.
Thanks for taking the time to answer our questions, Christopher! Good luck in 2007 and with the new album.
If you would like to be featured in a future MySpace Monday column, drop us a line and let us know!
We'll get this week out to a hot start with the hunk you have voted the All-American Guy of the Month. Matt S is this month's winner -- he considers his biceps his favorite feature, and really enjoys wrestling. On AllAmericanGuys.com you can see some video of him wrestling another guy... in singlets, of course.

Just a few of the sexy stars that we saw during tonight's Golden Globes!
Paying an overdue visit to Queer Beacon and noticed this trailer for Ryan Phillipe's new movie, Breach. It looks very exciting!
Seattle saw a fresh fall of snow last night, justifying a late start after staying up to watch the Golden Globes last night. Did you have any favorite moments (or eyecandy) from last night?
[ article removed at the request of mcmurdo management & associates ]
So, I might actually have to TiVo Smallville tonight. Is the Justice League available for bachelor parties? ...and is it truly weird that I haven't been recording this all along?
The CW : Smallville (Official Site)
Hunk du Jour: Justin Hartley, The Green Arrow
Yeah, so if you hadn't figured it out by new we're kinda into MIKA. Well, if you are too then you'll be glad to hear that his single Grace Kelly has appeared on the US iTunes Store.
