Doug & I went to our local watering hole, Skylark Club & Cafe, and hung out during the early part of their Halloween party. It was cool seein' everyone dressed up, I bet they had fun after we ran off to make our 10pm bedtime!

So I'm here thinkin' "Hey, the Elections are next week... I should post about hot senators/congressmen!"

So, I do a bit of Googling and run across the 109th Congressional Pictorial Directory. I'm only a little ways down the list, but DAMN if there aren't a lot of politicians that look like they're in costume as Skeletor or Used Car Salesman!

You may have noticed a slightly slower pace of posting this week -- about one post a day instead of two or three -- I'm totally swamped at work, but things will hopefully be lightening up considerably starting next Monday. So in the mean time, I'll let YOU do my work!

Jim Verraros survived American Idol and came out as a gay man. He's since released his own solo album, as well as appear in the movie Eating Out. (Which of course isn't Oscar material, but he was actually recognized as one of the brighter performances.)

He's also had a pretty major change in style since his beginnings on Idol -- now opting for rock t-shirts and moody stares instead of geek chic glasses and full-on smile. Check out the other photos after the jump.

Andrew Stetson is a carpenter-turned-model-turned-carpenter-turned-model. Yep, after taking a 5-year break he returned to modeling but still proclaims carpentry to be his first love. You may have seen him in campaigns for Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Calvin Klein, Levi's, and H&M. He's made recent news by signing a 3-year contract to become the face of the new Calvin Kline fragarance, euphoria.

We got a hot tip about a new storefront and underwear company, just in time for Christmas shopping (which it is far, far to early for.) Big Headed has a pretty sweet site that has videos of the models in their products instead of the normal photos.

If you're looking to buy for Doug & I we're, fond of the "Breakaway" series of boxers -- 'cos you never know how fast you'll need to strip down in case of spontaneous combustion, right? Also the "Safety Series" with various warning signs in a construction-zone chic kind of look are pretty hot.

Tobey Maguire lookin' pretty hot RIPPING OFF his black Spidey suit... looks like another fun summer movie!

So word on the street is that the show Six Degrees has been put on ice, and folks are really doubting that it will hit the airwaves again. Don't worry about this hottie, though. Jay Hernandez has been working on the follow-up to the creepy flick Hostel, which is slated for release January 5th.

Ugh... I'm getting creeped out just writing this. Sorry Jay, I'm not sure I'll catch this one since I couldn't even sit through the TRAILER for Hostel I. (I don't really like scary stuff.)

I spent last weekend in Dallas and I had two layovers at DFW airport in the past three days. To celebrate my home state and the hotties that live there, I got permission to show a fellow Texan. Blake is 20 and quite the looker. It does appear that he has a boyfriend... (sorry guys!) but you can still enjoy his pictures!

I could be sappy and list 5 guys that I love and admire. Lets see there would be Chris, Manuel, Robert and..... wow I would need more than 5 to include all my boys! (Maybe if I just included Jeremy, Justin, and Matthew as one that would help.)

Considering that I have more than 5 real people in my life that I'm thankful for, I guess I should stick with 5 of my imaginary boyfriends that I am grateful for in 2006.

James Blunt : If I have to hear "You're Beautiful" one more time, I might have to jump off that cliff literally, but it doesn't change the fact that I love every single song on his CD. There is something magical about his voice and I find him incredibly sexy. Usually I only buy a song or two off of an album, but this year there were a few exceptions. James was one of them. For my birthday Chris got me tickets to his concert (which I ended up not being able to go to because I was out of town for work). Hopefully I will get to see him at some point in my life.

Jake Gyllenhaal : While Brokeback Mountain first hit the states in late 2005, Jake has been enjoying a steady stream of press and attention. Latest rumors have him hanging out a lot with Lance Armstrong and Matthew McConaughey and possibly working on an Armstrong biopic. He also won an MTV Movie Award for best kiss in Brokeback Mountain.
